We are manufacturing a new system for the extrusion press. This consists of a disposable ring fitted to the block on the end of the extrusion ram.

This ring can be replaced periodically leaving the main block on the ram, this ring is designed to take the pressure and the wear, is easy to replace so therefore cutting the cost both in time of replacement and cost of the old fashioned ram heads.
